The services offered by Suzanne Sease Productions can be as comprehensive or as simple as you like. You may choose to narrow the scope and hire me on an hourly basis. In all cases, I work collaboratively with you. Through my analysis and conversations with you, I help you rediscover your passion for photography or illustration, refine your marketing approach, and increase your profitability. Nothing gives me greater joy.
In most cases, I start with a “Annual Consult” because this seems to be what most clients need. I review your current portfolio and website, plus all the images you may want to consider adding, and any promotional materials (mailers, etc.) you may have. After a review, I call you with an evaluation and advise you on marketing your skills, portfolio, and promotional materials more effectively. This and other services are detailed here.
Basic consult IS A 2 hour consult:
I charge $200 an hour ($400 total).
In a consult I review, where you were, where you are and where you want to be. I review the work/content and the current presentation you are using. I work on developing your presentation to meet your goals. Along with presentation, I also work on marketing (which is key) and how to create an annual campaign.
This consult does not include a portfolio edit for images in order and pagination or a database edit. This phone call is best done in two parts- the first part about the images and what they say about you as a photographer and the second about your marketing.
Images received:
All images must be received at the same time as small 72 dpi jpegs, approximately 8" x 10 ” via the following methods: www.yousendit.com (will cost about $3.99); a disk safely shipped to me; loaded on your ftp site; as a shared folder on iDisk or an external hard drive (with its cable) and a return postage slip to get it safely back to you. I cannot accept images from Photo Shelter, Dropbox, Flickr or other venues that are difficult to download folders.
A portfolio edit of Images:
$600.00
An edit of your images for a portfolio mock up. If after the first edit you add additional images, an additional charge of $200.00 will be charged for reviewing and considering additional images.
A website edit of Images:
$600.00
An edit of your images for a website edit and order mock up. If after the first edit you add additional images, an additional charge of $200.00 will be charged for reviewing and considering additional images.
If the above categories are done at the same time the cost would be $1,000.00. This is without a list build and marketing materials.
Database List Build:
$200.00
Go to your database account and create a detailed list of companies you should be targeting with the images for six times per year to target the markets.
ANNUAL consultation service, which includes:
1. A full 2 hour consultation. This phone call is best done in two parts- the first part about the images and what they say about you as a photographer and the second about your marketing. (value $400.00)
2. From that phone call an edit of the images for an Image/Library Content Edit
3. And from that an edit for the website and portfolio image selections (provided in a mocked up edit and order – portfolios are created in iPhoto so your images will be cropped this is a default of iPhoto and should NOT be cropped as shown- but not designed) (value portfolio $400.00 and website $400.000
4. Image selection for marketing campaign materials for e-promo and/or the images for a mailer (printed mailer -if in your budget) (Value $200.00
5. Marketing List Support from Agency Access or Adbase. Agency Access is my preferred choice. (value $200.00)
6. Half hour review at Six months to go your marketing campaign- must be scheduled at the end of the first part.

7. Half hour review at eleven months to talk about your progress and next year's campaign. (value $100.00)
FEE: $1,200.00
(a great deal for a total value of $1,600.00)

If you add additional images to be reviewed after first submission and edit there will be an additional charge of $300.00.
If you add an additional countries after database has been completed an additional $200.00 will be charged.
If you require additional shooting after the annual consult or either portfolio, web or two hour consult and you need help concepting new images, an “inspirational book” can be provided and will include help in casting, locations and editing of images will be an additional $750.00 per month. This will be agreed upon mutually between both parties)
If after the one year consult or portfolio/website edits, your work is considered at an interim stage and you do additional shooting with out my help and a new revised portfolio or website needs to edited, then an additional fee of $400.00 for portfolio and an additional fee of $400.00 for website will be charged.
If you require additional guidance through e-mails and periodical phone calls (up to 1 hour) a month, you can hire me at a monthly retainer of $225.00 per month. Or you can hire me on an as needed basis at the basic hourly rate of $200.
For miscellaneous individual email consulting, a $5.00 fee per email will be invoiced to you on a monthly basis.
